This location is a hit or miss. Sometimes you will interact with very helpful and professional associates and other times some can not be located. I guess I would direct the later towards the installation department. At the time I needed important information about a service that I had purchased, the installation contact associate could not be found to help me. The installer was also borderline unprofessional and rude as well. They definitely need improvement in that particular department. Other than that, it usually okay.

Most of the workers on the floor are pleasant and helpful but the customer service desk is terrible. The ladies working there have very nasty attitudes. My advice... try to avoid the customer service desk.
