Too many issues to rant about. Most significantly, GM should know to staff correctly. One person on staff to run register and phones while we wait in line more than 15 minutes. I wanted to leave honorably but paid my bill anyway.. Fyi...

Two times I have had a Terrible experience with this Cracker barrel. I am incharge of a ministry at my church that sometimes takes us out in a group. Twice I called and made a reservation for 15-20 people. Never was I told that all persons had to be present before we would be seated. I was told that upon arrival. There were old people with arthritis that was hungry and it was storming outside. They did nothing to speed the seating. The manager got very ugly when asked for help. Giving them another chance we haf a similar experience. This time the service and food was terrible. Nobody got what we ordered correctly and it was served in shifts. No more Orangeburg Cracker Barrel. The manager never came even after we requested him several times.

This is the absolute worst cracker barrel in existence. I would not recommend it at all. My wife and I have stopped at this location before while traveling and had a bad experience, we gave it another shot. wrong idea. After being seated we waited for 15 minutes before I got up and went to the kitchen door and asked who our waitress was, she followed us to the table and took our order. Then the waiting starts again, 30 minutes later our food comes then our sides came in intervals, grits...biscuits.....apples Im so aggravated with this place. the manager was nice enough to cut our bill in half, that's the only good thing I can say.

My husband and I were traveling in our motorhome. We stopped at this particular Cracker Barrel late at night, parked and in the morning had breakfast in this Cracker Barrel. Well, we were seated in a decent amount of time, however, it took the waitress about 10 minutes before we got our coffee. She took our order and it took about 25 minutes before we received our breakfast. When it was finally served I almost laughed out loud because I had ordered an egg and sausage. It appeared as if the white part of the egg was trimmed to a tiny existence and the sausage patty was a touch larger than a half dollar. My husband ordered 2 eggs, toast and homefries. When the waitress delivered his toast and eggs, she forgot the homefries. We figured she would bring them right out. Wrong. My husband finished his breakfast and when we were waiting for the bill she brought out his homefries. COLD. A two year old could have eaten more than we were served. Then we had to wait about 15 minutes after we ate to get our bill, which of course it was overpriced. We have eaten at many Cracker Barrels along the East coast, Texas, Mississippi, Alabama and have always had plenty of food on our plates as well as good service. This particular Cracker Barrel has very POOR service, its very pricey and you do not get enough food on your plate. Bottom line the service was poor, portions were ultra small and non-standard, cost was over priced and the food was cold. I realize that this is not the normal service of Cracker Barrell because we have dined at many Cracker Barrels and the others have better service, food portions and the food is served hot and all at once instead of in "shifts", such as at this particular Cracker Barrel.
