Put an entire stick of butter on my bagel. I asked for another and they told me they were out of sesame bagels. I pointed to the basket with 2 and ask, "are those just for looks?". I was told they were for other customers. Finally, after some rocket science, the kids made it again. I was done eating and it was 20 minutes before they started making my boyfriend's order. They had forgoten and we had to give the receipt back to remind them what he had ordered. Food tasted old. We will probably get sick soon.
Me and my husband went there this morning. On a Sunday morning and they were out of French rolls. A Sunday morning, which should be the one day they are fully stocked of everything. Unreal. And on top of that... We got a large iced coffee w extra cream and extra sugar. My husband is used to places messing it up, so he made sure to say three times extra cream and extra sugar. When driving up to pay, he even said something is gonna be messed up. And guess what? He got no sugar.
NOT WORTHY TO HAVE THE NAME. My dog looked at me like this and wouldn't even eat a cheese bagel roll they sell (wbatever that is). Donuts were dry, tasteless and hard. The employee looked doped up and said she wouldn't uncover the other donuts because it was 15 minutes till closing. They won't last long, it's ashame. I thought Lexington finally had a DUNKIN DONUTS.....
Love this place!! There seems to be a big turnover of staff, but rarely do we not like what we get here!!
