The food was ghastly! I ordered the fish and chips, and got three pieces I didn't even have to cut up, smallest cod I have ever seen. My wife had chicken fingers and the potato twisters which she described as "having no flavor." Portions were also pretty small. The service was descent, and the atmosphere was okay. Never making a second visit, waste of money.
It was great from the time we were greeted upon entering til we departed. Even when leaving we were made to feel special and like they cared about our coming back. Our waitress was cheerful, answered our questions, joked with us and she felt more like a friend then a server. She checked in on us, but left us to enjoy our meal---the right balance of customer service. I would highly recommend this O'Charley's to anyone wanting a nice relaxing meal.
Just dreadful. The restaurant smells bad - a mixture of mold, old grease, and carpeting that desperately needs to be replaced. I couldn't eat the food - I ordered the "nachos" and got a pile of corn chips, a bit of canned chili hidden here and there, and some sort of white sauce that looked disturbing. Service was decent, although it took a long time for our food to appear. The only good thing I'll say about this restaurant is that I imagine if you went there a lot, you'd lose weight, as almost nothing on the menu is edible.
Service was pretty bad - supposedly only one waitress in bar area to handle everyone. Although there was several different ones that were delivering food. Food was pretty good. Of the 3 drinks ordered, we only received 1 of them. Waitress only came by once to check on us. Now we remember why we hadn't been back there in over a year.
Love there menu so many diff menu choices.Went in for lunch, ordered steak and ribs got a baked pot and salad for only 16.00, the food was great ribs were honestly fall off the bone. So much food i had to take some home and had dinner for that night. The service i recieved was wonderful. I will def be returning plus now when i sit in the bar area for lunch i get 10% also. About time big places look out for there customers in this hard time.Thanks Ocharleys ill be back soon.
