REALLY disappointed in this restaurant! The whole purpose of calling a day ahead and ordering wings for super bowl Sunday was to avoid the hassle and craziness. I even paid over the phone with my credit card. So to get there today and have a line that is over an hour long (After being told on the phone if I pay ahead there will be no wait) I also find out she never ran the credit card so it is NOT paid for and I would have to wait. Needless to say, we left without our food. PLAN AHEAD folks so you can be organized and prepared to serve customers on a busy day. You might also think about keeping your word and doing what you say you will do! You won't get our business again.
I thought at one time the Harbison Location was the best BWW, however now I had to relocate. I'll miss the staff at Harbison, but gas is expensive and this one is right down the block from the crib. Staff is courteous and will get used to me and the fam coming through on Football Sundays. Hope the crowd isn't rowdy. Seemed alright for now when we went.
Wow nice crowd. And your bartenders language has REALLY made me considering never coming in here anymore . A undercover boss hit this place is. Thanks Bobby and Derek. Serve a total drunk brag about a $30 tip from him on a 25 $ tab Nice work . Hope corporate sees this Last buffalo wild wings I go in.
The service was HORRIBLE! We had reserved a spot ahead of time for our group. When we got there, it took about 15 mins for them to take our orders. An hour after our orders were taken, we got fed up because we had waited so long and we had other places to be. Then, we asked the asst. manager, what was going on, and she said that our food was ready, so we told her that we had to go and she said that they would box our food for us. 30 mins later, they only came out with 3 of the orders. 2 out of the 3 orders were wrong, and the rest of us did not get our food. Other customers either had also received the wrong food, or they also waited too long. I will never come to this BWW again until they can get their s*** together...smh
