We had a party of eight and we waited over an hour to get our food we never had our drinks refilled even when we asked and when we asked to see the manager we never saw her she was supposedly cooking in the back the waiter we had was over whelmed with too many tables and could not provide the service needed. The restaurant was also too cold on a freezing cold day. Needless to say I will not be coming here again.

Nightmare at Ruby Tuesdays today in York. Waitress was pretty nice and so but then the problems started. We ordered appertizers and a main meal.We sat waiting quite a while, when another waitress came with our MAIN food my partner said that we had ordered appertizers too ( this waitress didnt know anything about it and said she will go ask). After we were half way through our lunch the first waitress came and said that our appertizers were ALMOST done and asked if we wanted them still ( we said no ofc.. who needs them after your main meal). On top of it my food was pretty much cold (yummy). We did get a coupon for one free appertizer, but that is not enough to make us go back there ever again.

food took forever.. and then arrived cold.... service was just as bad as food...

I've always liked the Ruby Tuesday restaurant on Kenneth Road in York but have to say the interior is beginning to look shabby. My sister and I ate lunch there on Sunday, 11/10/13, and the salad bar and our meals were decent. However, the material in our booth had numerous slits in the seat, and don't get me started on the gross, dirty, spotted slats of the blinds right there at our window seats. Come on, people, a little Windex and a little scrubbing will go a long way to improving the ambiance of your establishment.

Worst service I ever experienced in my life! We walked in and the server at the podium never acknowledged us, we asked her how long the wait was she said 20 min. Then the actuall hostess showed up and told us to follow him. We were seated and told our server will be with us. We sat there for 15 min. and no server showed up. The some guy brought us food that we never ordered! So I asked him to get the manager. The manager never came so we we get up to leave. As we're headed out we see the manager and tell him what happened and all he said was sorry. That restaurant was not even filled! Never again will I go to this restaurant.
