One of the best restaurants in Wilkes-Barre, always reliable for great food and delicious drinks. The prices are reasonable and there is a large selection on the menu. Delicious pasta and tuna.
The hotel had a deal with TGI Fridays, but when pressed for a local recommendation said that Cork Bar & Restaurant was superb. Turns out they were right: The plain-jane exterior in this quiet residential neighborhood belied the upscale interior - a classy bar downstairs and fine dining atmosphere upstairs. The food was exquisite, especially the Chicken Saltimbocca preceded by the calamari as an appetizer. Great service too. If you are within 100 miles of this place it should be on your must-try list. What a fantastic culinary surprise!
We have had dinner here several times and it is always amazing. The food is always top quality, the service is always excellent and the atmosphere is lovely. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone!
