One of the best service centers in the area. I'm always there for service when I need it, and it's taken care of every time with no hiccups. I always ask for "Rick," easily one of the best employees in the building. When he's not helping customers, he has his sleeve's rolled up in the garage helping the employees. You can't ask for a better employee & team player than himself, he sets a great example for the other employees and easily deserves a promotion. Not only that, but they have one of the best alignment technicians in the area. Just ask for "Mike Difrenza" when you need an alignment. He takes care of each car as if it is his own. Recommended to all.

I have been a customer of Jack Williams in Kingston for over 30 years now. I always thought they were a great company and did excellent work, but I would like to tell you of a recent incident my family and I had while at the vets office with one of our dogs. We had just picked up our dog after having surgery and as fate would have it when we got in the car the battery was dead. I called road side assistance to have a tow truck come out but that would take almost an hour. I called several local taxi companies and was told that since I did not have cash on me, they could not help. They did not accept credit cards and the fee was going to be around $50.00. I thought for a minute and called Jack Williams and spoke to Becky. I asked her about the possibility of sending someone to pickup my family and dog and get them home. I told them I would pay them whatever they needed for the inconvenience. I knew my disabled car was going to them for whatever repairs it needed. Becky asked me to hang on and then Joe, the service manager gets on the line and asked me where we were and where did we have to go and he said no problem. He would get someone up to get us. It turns out that Joe himself came and took my family and dog home. When I got my car to the shop in Kingston they offered me a ride home as well. The truly exceptional part to everything was they never once asked for a dime for their help in transportation. Thank you for your excellent customer service. More companies should be like them.

Absolute best service for tires! Excellent prices. Always polite, personable. Sometimes a bit of a longer wait than expected but purely because they're so busy with customers. Always willing to go the extra mile to save you as much money and time as possible! Always my first choice for tires!
