One of the easiest dealership experiences I have ever had. I live in SC and saw a pre-owned car I wanted in their inventory. A couple of emails and phone calls later, and within a week I flew up to pick up the car and drive it home. Excellent communication, emails and phone calls were immediately answered, in fact I never got sent to voicemail a single time. The whole buying experience was so easy that the dealership picked me up from the airport, drove me back in to their store, and within 10 minutes I was on the road driving back home. Admittedly, I knew exactly what I was buying, and did not need the normal "here's how everything in the car works" personal lesson after my purchase. Anyway, I can recommend them, and will probably check them out again in a few years when I am in the market for another car.
I absolutely love this dealership! I have purchased well over 70 BMWs from this dealership in the past 8 years. Of all the dealerships around the area, they have given me the best deals, including follow-up service after the deal is complete. Further, the managment makes customer service a priority. They get the best possible interest rates for their patrons and really listen to the customer. I would not buy a car from any other dealership--in fact the other 23 cars I have purchased were from WVM Audi. If you patronize this dealership just one time, you will never go anywhere else! Maurice Ledoux has sold me every one of the 93 cars I have purchased in the last 8 years. He has treated me like a member of his family, as have the owners themselves. Whether I go the WVM BMW or WVM Audi, they all know me by name and are quick to help address my concerns. Maurice has been outstanding and I could not buy a car from any other salesperson!
Twice I came here to inquire about the Certified Pre-Owned BMW's and both times I left angry by the way I was ignored by the sales staff. I left this place on Saturday 10/25/14, and bought a new vehicle the same day, somewhere else.

Subaru makes buying a car a wonderful experience. The people are polite, friendly, and know their cars. They continue to take care of you for service visits, too.
