Every single time I have gone to this DD, the service is incredibly wretched. It takes them forever to notice people at the counter when it's extremely SLOW. One time I went in there and there was literally one man in front of me. We waited 5 minutes until someone noticed us. His order was taken and I was up. Then another employee who was getting ready to clock in went behind the counter, and I stood for a there for a few minutes while the person who was supposed to be taking my order asked this girl about life. Seriously!? I'm a paying customer. Can't you find out about "last night with Jim" on your break? The only reason this place gets a second star is because there iced lattes are decent.
