First of all, this is my favorite restaurant in town. I love going here, the food is great, people are great and I'm here at least 3 times a month. However, my last visit was pretty horrible. My waitress was UNBELIEVABLY rude. I was shocked as well as my husband. We go out to eat pretty often and don't usually complain about waiting or little mistakes. We are pretty easy going and low maintenance. But this waitress was AWFUL and nasty. When we tried to speak with management about our issues, we were informed that there IS NONE. To quote the bartender "We are all in charge here." The matter was only made worse when the waitress then came over and started a confrontation with me while I was trying to make a complaint. I wish I had gotten her name, but the whole thing was so screwy I just left with my hands in the air. She referred to herself as "head server", though. Overall this is a great place, but problems are going to arise when a staff is left entirely unsupervised. Until I know the owner is aware of this, I will not be going back or recommending like I usually do. Thanks silly waitress for ruining our date night without the kids!
