Dunkin' Donuts
Reviews
I started going to this Dunkin when we moved to the area over a year ago. Wawa is my coffee home but as it's not an option here Dunkin is (usually) a close 2nd. Sadly, I've had to throw away so many lousy cups of coffee. A few times I drove about ten minutes away from the store before I realized they served me something undrinkable. Once was supposed to be a hot coffee which to my dismay on an early morning commute was ice cold and I had to turn around and go back. When I told them what happened they just said pull around and replaced it with another. No coupon, no free coffee on next visit. NOTHING! I was late for my kid's doctor appt because of it too. This also happened to my sister (but with an ice cold breakfast sandwich). Neither time were either of us compensated in any way. I've gone through a few times with my kids hoping for an afternoon snack and they were out of many of the varieties of donuts and we'd settle on what was left to find it stale. After about three of those instances we started just going to Giant for donuts (usually fresher and cheaper). Then they hiked up their prices to $2.11 for a medium coffee. I can't go back. I should be smacked for all the times I've given them chance after chance. I only continued to go because there's nowhere nearby to get a good cuppa. Today was like the fifth or sixth time in a row that I was served the most undrinkable cup of coffee and I'm so done with throwing money out the window. I will drive 20 minutes away to get a decent cup at one of the cheaper Dunkins in York. This place has seen the last of my business.
Not impressed so far. Tried a few times.
Love Dunkin, Love Baskin. However, after work, I usually try and stop at this location and they are ALWAYS locking the door on me, 15 to 10 minutes before their closing time. I try to call, and it rings until the fax line picks up.
The help is nicer then ever before.
