Tara was the absolute BEST employee ever!! Such a shame she quit. My mom and dad absolutely LOVED her! So nice to the elderly people. Dunkin isn't the same now that she doesn't work there. All newer people who don't really know what they're doing and a very rude shift manager. Ill just go to Palmerton :)
terrible experience. The guy here is freaking rude and extremely racist. Please never step in here. Zero customer service. I have to mention the person who served us was "Christopher". I hope the owner sees the feedback and gets in touch or takes action.
Almost every time I go in there I get awful customer service. Usually the later I go in the day the nicer the employees get but in the morning they are miserable and rude to the customers.
It's alright - some of the crew seem like they really hate their jobs and the customers, so it's not terribly pleasant being there sometimes.
Best crew since the Indians left a few years ago, and they were awesome also.
