I used to like this Dunkin, but for whatever reason today the staff was not able to understand my order. I'm a nice person, I'm friendly & I speak clearly. I was trying to order coffee for myself & my coworkers, and the associates started getting rude after they were not able to understand my order. I had to request that the cups be marked so I could tell the cups apart, & that seemed to be too much effort for them too. On top of it all, the coffee was not even drinkable. It was terrible. They normally have good coffee, so I'm wondering if it tasted so bad this time on purpose? I will not be returning to this location in the future.
