The dessert I order had to easily be a few days old or left out when I explained to the owner how I would like another option he haggled with me to opt for a refund. I happily agreed my refund was tossed on the counter to my surprise and that was it. No apology for the stale product or concern while the whole time I was rather polite about the whole situation. Subpar coffee/dessert and customer service you would expect from a moody ill-tempered teenager,this teenager is a left over angry hippy. I am not sure how this place survives I cannot find a redeeming quality , there are also better options in the immediate area.
Great atmosphere, barista makes a mean cappuccino. The multiple murals still in progress are very entertaining. It's worth a visit! Oh... And great trip back to the sixty's!!
Before a run down the Lehigh, my kayak buddy and I stop in here to get some coffee and a muffin. Nothing special just simple orders. So we have not experienced any of the same situations the others are posting. Side Notes: The mural is really cool... and make sure you feed the meter outside!
The worst coffee
We had a caramel latte and mocha. Both were good. I read the previous postings about the attitude of the owner. We didn't have to deal with any attitude, though it was definitely a quiet day. I'd recommend it. Great atmosphere, and as others have noted, the mural on the wall is excellent.
