Dallas location is awesome! I was up visiting family in the area and we were ready to head home which is a 4 hour commute back to Maryland. I stopped at a nearby gas station to air up and my back right tire dumped enough air to bring me to 22 and then a second try brought it to all but 11 PSI of pressure. With no way to make it home on 11 PSI of pressure in one tire and unwilling to attempt a third try to bring me to zero PSI, I remembered passing by a big tire and auto store a little ways back. Turned the Outback around and hobbled my way back to the tire place hoping against hope they'd be able to see me that day. I got in and spoke with Rich Funket at the service counter. He told me they'd get me in ASAP but they had a heavy day so expect a hour and a half wait. I took a seat in the waiting room which is half decent. Enough chairs for everyone and a TV along with some toys for kids. They have wireless and power outlets but the wireless is locked. I would suggest posting the passcode in the waiting area so people don't have to bother the front desk staff. Anyway barring that little inconvenience the time it took was actually only an hour for the wait and the repair. Since my car is AWD I was expecting a diagnosis of a punctured and damaged tire followed by a push to have the tire replaced since being an AWD I would need to buy 4 new tires. I was happily surprised to find that these guys are completely honest. Instead of new tires or completely replacing the valve stems they informed me it was just some corrosion on the rim and they had cleaned it off and sealed the air gap from the rusted area. All fixed for under 15 dollars. Drove back to Maryland with no issues. These guys are honest and don't try to take advantage of travelers so if I need work I will stop by here again they earned a repeat customer since I do visit this part of PA to see family a lot.

Eric at the Jack Williams in Dallas definitely went the extra mile for me. I recently popped a tire, also destroyed a rim, and did some damage to my car. I chose Jack Williams because they're close to home and always were honest with their recommendations and pricing for my car's repairs. This time around, I wound up needing 4 new tires and a new rim. They took the time to find a refurbed rim that fit my car, replaced my tires, and aligned and balanced everything for the a fraction of the price that a competitor was going to charge me. It turned out that I had two bad tires put on and the car. It never quite felt right, it shook uncontrollably at highway speeds.. Eric was understanding and worked with me until his team resolved my issue. It was greatly appreciate his extra effort, and I recommend this Jack WIlliams to anyone.
