Sometimes the food here is good. Sometimes you get a perfect burger with just the right amount of pink in the middle. Sometimes its raw. You would think with the SKY HIGH prices you pay, food would be decent from time to time. But you can only experience the food if you can get through to place your order. I work at a nearby company who orders here OFTEN and most times, you can't even get through to place the order. Why you ask? Oh that's because there is ONE person to bring out the take out orders, wait on the bar and the dining room. ONE person. I called today in fact and was told to "hold on one minute". I stood outside on hold for 7 minutes and 53 seconds before hanging up. I then tried calling back and it goes to voicemail. Dear 4th Avenue Grille: YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS. THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS? REALLY?? Get it together and lower your prices. You aren't Ruth Chris.
Great beer selection. Mike is a wonderful host who knows his beer. Sandwiches are always good.
