Horrible service. I waited 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that the MANAGER made and when they didn't make it with spinach his response was "We're out of spinach" AFTER they had made it and made me wait 15 minutes for it in an empty store. When I complained they didn't offer anything like a free drink or gift card or anything. Then an employee comes out from the back and says, "I found the spinach." Disgusting to think that a manager could not care what the customer needs.
Great sandwiches. Very good bread. Staff is kind, effecient. Great coffee choices too.
We don't recommend eating at the restaurant for it's atmosphere, but for take-out, it's fine. Nothing amazing (it is fast-food, after all) but the salad creations are a lighter choice for a satisfying meal and the baked goods aren't bad. We can highly recommend the sourdough bread (the bowl size is perfect for two) as its texture and taste are great. [The sandwiches have enough fillings and are tasty, but are nothing amazing.] To summarize: If you don't feel like cooking and are sick of heavy, fatty meals, there may be something here for you.
