Went to Clock Tower Ales on Saturday. Very Nice inside and out. Ordered some beer and an appetizer. Beer selection is AWESOME! However our appetizer never came and our waitress never returned. We ended up moving from our table to the bar it took so long for service. We politely explained we simply wanted another beer and asked about our appetizer. The wait staff acted put off by this. Our appetizer came finally but it was cold. We knocked back our beer and sent back the app. This place has loads of potential but desperately needs to be restaffed.
Good beer & bar food mediocre service but beer is what really matters!
Always out of beer, slow service and bad food. Horrible management. We absolutely don't go there anymore...ever.
Sitting inside makes this place really bad. Sit outside if you can but bring sunglasses. The inside has an old musty smell and is really dirty looking. Order something off the daily special board, and especially if its Mexican food. The cook is from Mexico and knows how to cook awesome Mexican!
Waited 10 minutes after reviewing the menus before I had to ask for them to take our order, then others that came before us got their food...ours was not very hot when we got it (after we asked for it). Service was pretty bad, food mediocre.
