My experience is completely opposite of the other review. The lady there was completely disinterested in customers and cold to the point of it being offensive, though she was very happily chatting with the other employee there. Coffee was mediocre. So much for supporting local business; the folks at the Starbucks on 101 are very friendly and serve better coffee.
Lovely view (June 2013) Great service: The woman who was there was genuinely interested in everyone who entered (Locals and tourists alike) and great home-made brownies.
The coffee was very good and there is seating overlooking the harbor- very pleasant. Lovely shop with unique gift items.
After returning home I decided I wanted an item that we had admired and Linda was very helpful in filling my request.
