If I could give Lebanon Pizza Hut ZERO stars I would. After waiting an hour and a half I had to call for the second time to check on the delivery status for my pizzas (over $50 ordered) I was told that since my card was declined the driver took my pizzas back to the store. Claiming several people tried to call me telling me my card was declined due to a wrong expiration date that those pizzas were returned to the store. I have ordered many times before and not had any problems. After speaking with the rude female manager who repeatedly spoke over me and interrupted me before I could finish any sentence she explained I could wait another 40-50 minutes for my pizzas as they resent the cold pies back out OR she could be done with the conversation. She then hung up. I have never felt more fucked over by a pizza place and I used to work for one. You won't be getting my business anymore, $50 is a lot to spend on bad service and I can't logically spend the amount they charge for such poor service. Please don't waste your time. The sauce gives all my family wicked diarrhea anyway.
Some team members have unfortunately created a hostile work environment for those who are "spiritually minded" or profess to have Faith in a creative force or maker of the universe. It is a sad thing that has happened there.
We often go for Sunday lunch buffet. The hostess/servers remember regulars, even their favorite drinks! Good price for all you can eat pizza, salad and pasta! Might want to use coupons for non-buffet orders, more spendy.
