I saw the inside of Figaro's for the last time tonight. I like to think I'm a fairly patient person but enough is enough. Three of the last four times I've ordered from them the order has been messed up. Now I'm not complaining about the quality of the pizza which is fairly good but if I want to play craps I'll go to a casino. When I order a pizza I don't want a crap shoot to see if I get what I ordered. Of those last four visits..... in no order 1. Pizza was ready and correct when I got there. 2. Pizza was on the wrong type of crust and missing one of four toppings. They apologized (maybe they get a lot of experience) and offered it to me free. I declined and paid for three toppings vice four. 3. Pizza was on the right crust and correct toppings. But I'm not wild about raw dough. They had tried to charge me for a baked pizza but wanted to hand me a raw one. Again they apologized and I waited while they baked it. Tonight we were a little short on time so I wanted to have something ready when my wife got home. I called the order in about 4:30 for a 5:15 pick up. When I go there my name didn't show on their system. Then she asked me if it was a Momma's pizza and since I don't know what that is I figured it wasn't. I explained what I had ordered, the young lady asked if I was sure it had been called in since if "wasn't in her system". I told her I was fairly sure it had been called in since I did it and the person taking my order, repeated it, asked if I was "Ted" and wondered how I was going to pay for it. So Figaro's, three strikes and you're out. You might want to work on training your crews a bit. I would say "see you around" but I won't.

We went here on our way to the golf course based on Yelp reviews. Employees were very nice and had food ready when we arrived. Our breadsticks were literally half cooked with a chemical taste. We tossed them after one bite. The pizza was just OK; not worthy of 4-5 stars. We will not return to this franchise.

The pizza is just okay but they deliver. The sauce is too sweet but the thin crust is fine. Toppings good. Very convenient and discounted pizza tuesday.

I love this place i will probably never by papa murphys again take and bake here is incredible. And price pretty much the same. But worth every penny...

They don't skimp on the toppings, make the pizza quickly, and now have a thin crust that is really good. I grew up on their pizza. :)
