My friend and I were at this establishment this weekend. The food and drink were both very good as was the ambiance: we had a delightful time and were very pleased at the end of the evening. However, after cashing out and leaving, both my friend I have found that the tabs that we cashed and left tips on were not the only charges that our accounts received. We both have received secondary charges/tabs that have been pended to our accounts from this establishment that we were not made aware of, nor did we sign for. We have contacted the establishment's manager for follow up on this issue, but have not heard from them yet. Should we ever go to Chase Bar and Grill again we most certainly will not start tabs if this is an issue with this establishment.
My favorite bar and grill to go to. Food is excellent, portions are generous, design is simple and warm, staff is extremely friendly, prices are fair, and the people there are very friendly. I'd be in there 3-5 times a week while down in Independence. Highly recommend stopping in, grabbing a cold one, and ordering the Royal Irishman.
Love this little home town bar and grill. Love the beer garden, can sit outside all year round it is covered and has ample heaters to keep you warm even in cold, wet weather. The food is exceptional, not your typical greasy bar food. Love the Crispy Chicken Salad. Patrons are a mix of blue and white collar workers.
The food is good, expecially the pub fries with ranch. Most of the bartenders and servers are friendly but if you go in and a guy with a ponytail is working named Dom you might as well just turn around and leave. Service will be crappy, drinks will be light, and you'll sit there most of the time waiting for service. The last time I went and he worked 4 people left without ordering and I sat with an empty glass waiting for 20 minutes before I finally left. Anybody else though and service is great.
