We go there weekly for lunch. The service is amazing! And the food even better than amazing! They will accomodate almost every request for menu substitutions. The food is always fresh and wonderfully cooked and seasoned to our requests.

Go there for karaoke. Drinks are good. Food is good too. Service is excellent.

I love this place, the Salt and Pepper Shrimp is my favorite dish there. It's just plain simply delicious. As said before, the customer service is very good. The owners are very friendly, and so are the employees. I have to disagree with the review that stated this is a "Very poor restaurant." I highly doubt the chicken gets soggy that easily, so you obviously left it alone for a while, and having something "sauced" perfectly isn't a big deal at all. If you want sesame seeds, ask next time. The egg foo young does not taste like uncooked flower, and does not have "more filler than vegetable", I would know, I love it. And Broccoli Beef is one of the favorites at the restaurant, so plenty of people would disagree with you on that matter. Does having something "commercially packaged" really matter that much to you? Do the commercially made fortune cookies also bother you? Also, the mar far chicken actually doesn't come with dressing at all. However if you tell them what kind of dressing you want, they will try to make it as best they can. I also know that an employee there yelling at you is a complete lie. I know the people there, and they do not yell at customers, and obviously if they did they know the customer would give a bad review, so that just defies logic. And, the owners there will try to satisfy your requests. If you want to change something please tell them. And Shawn, I would seriously recommend you give Hong Kong another try. If people want to see a bit more positive side of this restaurant, please go look at the reviews for "Jade Terrace Independence Oregon." The owners of Hong Kong used to own it.

Friends and family always go to this restaurant and we've always liked it since it changed hands !! The owners and employees in general are very friendly and always cater to us. I have to agree with Derrick, Salt'n'Pepper Shrimp is my very favorite and they always prepare our food just the way we like it!! We highly recommend not paying attention o Shaw's poor review and going to Hong Kong Restaurant!! Their food is great and prices reasonable!!
