I love coffee and I love my starbucks coffee, except for this starbucks. Not only has the morning crew messed up my order multiple times, they have never greeted me with a warm smile. Instead of friendly chatter I receive sarcasm or am completely ignored. Their lack of positivity really ruins a morning. Their customer service is not genuine. I explained my order to the morning girls three times, instead of listening to me they proceeded to tell me what I wanted was wrong, I have NEVER had an issue with my drink order at ANY other starbucks. Needless to say they never made my drink correctly. I left annoyed and in a bad mood, and them in an annoyed bad mood. They really need to review how customer service works, especially the part where the customer is always right.
