They are horrible employees. Multiple times I have one there and they get my order wrong, give me stale fries, and never include a straw with any drink I have ever gotten from them. Just tonight I went through the drive-thru and ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and they gave me peppermint but did not mix the chocolate part in with it. They also have had employees make racist comments in front of me and they giggle and say racist comments in the assembly line... they only stopped when I announced loudly that I was going to call the police for racial harassment. I noticed when I last went in that they newly hired a person of asian-decent.
Watch your reciept, for extra charges. They charged us for syrup and we didn't have anything that required syrup. When asked about it cashier said didn't you order big breakfast , I said yes but not with pancakes.

They just don't listen when u order..day shift is awesome...night shift is a bunch of children hanging out...
Please do not sell biscuits that are crusty on the outside.
