What can I say really...I do this for a living, the secret is out, This was a disappointment, the food - 3 overcooked and under flavored, menu food not available bathroom - 5 dirty. Staff - 8. Just bad
WORST TGIFridays I have EVER and I mean ever been to. Without a doubt a.ticking time bomb before they put someone in the hospital from food poisoning!
This was our favorite restraunt to go to in Watertown, but the last 3-4 times going we have had terrible service and they weren't even busy at all.
Food was great service was slow. Waitress was not sure of menu items but was pleasant.
To start off the atmosphere was good. but the service needs some great improvment. We ordered our starters and a few minutes later our main meals. Order of ribs and a burger. about 30 minutes later we got our starters that looked as if they st under a heat lamp for 20 minutes. We sat there a picked at the starters waiting for our main meals to arrive. Much to our surprise an hour later we asked about our food to find out our waiter never even put our order in. After many (im osrries) and such we paid our bill. To top this all off the waiter got all upset slamming dishe around our table when he noticed we did not leave a tip. You get a tip for exceptional service, Your service wa horrible, do your job if you want a tip.
