Applebee's
Reviews
We ate there for lunch on 8/1/14. My husband ordered a Quesadilla Burger medium. It was red and dripping in the center. They did take it right back and nuke it, but then it was well done. I am gluten intolerant and asked if they had a gluten free menu. They brought me a sheet that said at the top that they don't have dedicated prep areas nor do they have a separate deep fryer. Then it listed gluten free items. Well, anyone who knows anything about eating safely gluten free knows they can't eat in this restaurant. I honestly don't know if all Applebee's are like this, but I won't be going back. Restaurants should either make the effort to prepare safe gluten free food or they should just tell people they aren't gluten free. It should be clearly posted so people know right away whether or not they can safely eat there.
A little baffled by the reviews, I've never had an issue with the service or food. The waitresses are nice, and the food is ready within a half an hour. It's always between satisfactory and perfect.
Applebee's restaurant is so cold you can not eat, I asked the waitress if I can borrow a sweater was so cold that I could not enjoy our food :-(. Service is friendly
