None of workers knows what they are doing. Starbucks need to hire a new manager or something. I ordered double shot ice shaken espresso aka starbucks double shot. There were 4 workers and nobody knew what starbucks double shot is LOL. A clueless barista said 'latte?" You put warm milk in latte. Learn your menu please. Another barista said cappuccino. I left the store right away.
