Service is ALWAYS our biggest complaint here! We have had a simple one-course meal take two-and-a-half hours while we waited for service on a table of 5! And that was during the week, AFTER being seated!! Sometimes -- rarely -- the service has been good. The food is typically good, and some selections are very well prepared and quite tasty -- occasionally escaping the assembly line restaurant chain feel. We have tried almost everything on the menu, and have found items like the Mahi Mahi wonderfully flavorful one day, and almost inedible a few weeks later. Unpredictable is the best description for any experience here. One of the big compliments I give Uno's is that they have a list of ingredients -- a HUGE PLUS for anyone with allergies in their families. Of course, the servers often don't know this, and the are typically clueless of the ingredients, so check up front for an electronic list, and still verify with the kitchen. For a "family-friendly" restaurant, their only kid's dessert is a scoop of ice cream (one of the things that keeps kids selecting other restaurants first) and their soft drinks are just sodas and bar juices. I must also compliment them on their community support with fund-raising nights, which provide a precentage of profits to area non-profits. Be forewarned though -- these nights can make your wait even longer!

I went there earlier today and I order the sliders with French fries. Everything was great until that point. I had the appetizers Buffalo boneless wings which was outstanding. But when I received my meal there was a piece of hair in the French fries brown hair. I'm a black African American male with black hair. The owner or manager in charge came in and says to me " I didn't see the hair, what would I like to do?" I clamly just ask him to replace the order which taken to the back as soon as I mention it to the waiter. Why would I lie about a hair in my food. Lucky I took a picture, but my wife was with me I left it alone and just ate my replacement food and left I'm not going back.
Nice place to eat. The Rattlesnake Chicken Pasta is very good. The kids really seem to like going here too. It's middle of the road on price and there's never a ridiculous wait.
