Not a "dive" that an earlier reviewer would lead you to believe it is. It's a college hangout. What would you expect? The draft beer selection is very good. Loved the Ubu and Blue Moon (which is now one of my favorites). The service is a little lacking. We were first handed a menu. When the young lady came back we ordered. The first item we ordered was no longer available. This went for the second and third! The waitress should have been more on top of things and should have been proactive in telling what they didn't have in the beginning. One thing we got was their "famous" wings. Well, I wonder what's famous about them. They were your typical fried wings covered with a hot sauce. Don't get me wrong, they weren't bad but again nothing special. Overall, a nice atmosphere, good selection of beer and okay food. I wouldn't hesitate going back on my next visit to Potsdam.
Fond memories. Dive bar for certain, but friendly staff, fair prices.
