Some coworkers and I ordered food. We paid in advance. They did not deliver the panini I ordered. When we called them on it, they refused to bring me the panini. They also refused to issue a refund for the charge. I would not recommend placing an order with this company.

I discoverd First Crush 6 years ago and have come back to eat every year when I am in Potsdam. The food is the best for miles around! Try the Adirondack Salad with its wonderful secret dressing or one of the specials of the day. Their Lava Cake is great. I read a review that called the mirrors claustrophobic, how can adding the sense of more space can do that. The chairs are the only short coming. They can be uncomfortable if you have a leisurely meal. The reviewer who found it crowded must have been going at the wrong times. I have never had a dinner when the space seemed like to many were there.

A really great place to dine or just have coffee. The staff is the greatest! Great coffee and scones. A great place to just enjoy the town. Seth

Good food, good service, good prices. The restaurant would really benefit from a little remodeling. The mirrors are weird, the tables are too close, and the seating feels like flimsy outdoor furniture (and I'm only 125lbs). For being a "wine bar" I'd like a larger selection, the waitstaff to have a good idea of what wines would complement my choice of food and also a good general knowledge of wine etiquette. On one visit the waiter brought the bottle out already opened (never do that, present the bottle, open at table), poured the glasses right away (never do that, the one who orders tastes the wine first, then glasses are filled upon approval), and he filled the glasses almost to the brim (*facepalm*). That only happened once though. We found it more funny that annoying. But still... Overall a good place to eat in town. Would put a certain neighboring establishment out of business with a little more effort put into the decor.

We ordered a to-go for a college women's soccer team (26 people), Everyone's order was correct. The food was great, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return here next time we must travel to the area.
