Nice environment. Pretty good food. Bad Service. We brought a large group for breakfast/lunch at 10:45am it's now 1:55pm & we just left(we called ahead & were told they could handle our group). Our drinks took forever, half our food didn't show up or was incorrect & though our large family has a system for splitting checks the wait staff had no idea how to handle the bill(which was not itemized so no one knows if they paid for the correct amount of food). We were hoping to get in & out quickly since we all have long drives home. We will probably never eat here again but for the sake of future patrons I pray that they invest in a POS system to eliminate some of the confusion.
We had a large group. They handled us nicely. The food was nicely presented and fresh. The server Charity was nice too. The atmosphere was good, laid back. Casual attire is ok. There is a bar or restaurant. The view of the lake from the front porch seating is great.
On a recent Saturday night we stopped in for dinner and a few glasses of wine. I had the broiled haddock that was terribly overcooked and sitting on a pool of grease in the dish that it was obviously cooked in. The vegetables and potatoes were dry and seems to no have been cooked that day. When the waitress delivered the food I requested another glass of wine. She never returned with the wine and after sitting there with a dish that I didn't eat for over 30 min we were finally able to get her attention. She asked how was the food and I said "terrible", you could see that I hadn't eaten it but she just picked up the dish and walked away. I was never offered another choice and she just dropped off the check. I would stay far away from this place. The food and service was among the worst I have ever seen.
Loved everything about it. I had all you could eat crab legs and it was phenomenal! Server was nice and the bartender funny. Great atmosphere!
