My girlfriend and I stopped in last night for dinner. We were seated and the waitress brought us our drinks. We decided on pizza. After waiting an excessively long time, the waitress finally returned to take our order. After waiting for almost 45 minutes, she finally bought out our pizza, only to find that it was badly burnt. The waitress apologized for the burnt pizza and offered us a discount of a WHOLE DOLLAR! REALLY!!!! This is not the first time that this has happened here with the pizzas. We declined her offer and left. This use to be a very nice place to eat, but it seems lately that customer service and the quality of the food has diminished greatly. We won't be going back.
Awesome food & great prices. Waitress/bar maid was a sweetie. Definitely going back!
our worse dining experience anywhere in the usa lousy service, tacky athmosphere and undescribably bad food. onion petal appetizer was dripping in some stale oil and our entrees were a cheese pizza and the meatball spagetti special made with fresh ketchup. we left both them almost untouched and left to have a couple of big macs across the street. if this was italian food, then im the new pope. DO NOT GO THERE unless u have no taste buds.
Got off i90 looking for someplace to eat and found this wonderful place! Great food! We had clean plates! Also, the people were so friendly and the atmosphere was warming!
Family owned and operated. The atmosphere is a romantic setting of Italy and the staff is efficient. The food is a great taste of homemade Italia.
