I had my RAV4 that was originally purchased from Queens serviced here at 15k miles today. During my wait, my insurance/registration slipped through my fingers (Yes, I was scatterbrained). Luckily, the staff called me immediately after someone found it and turned it in. This location is clean and presentable, service was efficient, and staff were courteous and helpful.

This is the second Toyota we bought from GF Toyota. Our first was a 2004 RAV-4 that we bought used. The RAV is a wonderful vehicle that has never caused us a moment of worry or doubt. Bill Dockum sold us that car and we went back to him when I wanted to get rid of my other vehicle (which we did not, sad to say, buy from GF Toyota). I had seen many Venzas on the road and we took out a 2014 for a test drive. Loved it, but could not see spending the same amount for a car that we bought our first house for in 1983! Bill said there was a 2009 Venza that had most of what I was looking for, and why not take it out for a test drive? We did and then decided to buy it! The 2009 had nearly all the bells and whistles I wanted, and low miles to boot. I am in love with the heated seats and having the back-up camera and other stuff is a bonus. The car rides like a dream and I enjoy my commutes to and from work in Saratoga Springs because of the car. The Service Dept. has always been super to work with (we would take our 2001 Honda there when we had it) and we look forward to continuing our relationship with GF Toyota. My brother bought all his vehicles from Bill and he is super hard to please, so if he recommends someone, big sis listens!

Service/Purchases I have been purchasing new and used cars from this dealership for the last 20 years.My experience has always been a good one. I also always bring my vehicles to this dealership for service which has added to my overall experience. Both Jim and Eric have been a great help to me whenever I've had to bring my cars in for service. I can't even think of going anyplace else. I recently purchased a 2011 4Runner from Bill Dockum and it did not prove to disappoint by living up to the expectations that I have been accustomed to over the years. Please keep up the good work. I also look forward to the renovations that are taking place. You always have a customer here and I certainly take the opportunity to recommend you to others.

Worth The Stop! I recently purchased my 2014 Toyota corolla sport from Glens Falls Toyota. After doing my research on this vehicle there was no question on where I was going to buy it . After hearing from friends about this dealership I knew they would take care of me. As soon as you walk in the door the service is #1 Tina was amazing . After knowing what I wanted her question to me was ok, when do you want to pick it up? Great service all the time don't expect anything different :)

I was so pleased with the new Yaris I bought there in June of 2008 and the support I received thereafter that I decided to make my most recent purchase of a 2013 Yaris there as well. Gabrielle Smith was patient, courteous, and extremely accommodating despite my commitment to exploring several exotic purchasing scenarios before arriving at the scenario I happily consummated today. Gabby has the patience of a saint and I just can't imagine buying a car from anyone else given my sordid past automotive purchasing experiences in the past at some of the Capital Region dealerships and I told her so in departing the showroom in my new Yaris today. Ben Fuller did a great job of answering my tedious questions about financing, assumption of my prior loan (I had a loan small balance outstanding from 2008 at purchase time today) and Ben's confidence, patience, and attention to the important details I requested as we consummated the purchase today did even more to set me at ease with the transaction(s) that needed our attention and commitment today. It also bears mentioning that I had to make an impromptu cancellation of maintenance service for the 2008 Yaris I had suddenly decided I was parting with this past Saturday. Both Gabby and Glen Racicot assured me I need not concern myself with how the Service Management team will receive my impromptu cancellation of maintenance (clearly, my monies are now focused on the 2013 Yaris I took delivery of today). When I called, Eric Nussbaum, the Assistance Service Manager early yesterday morning, he quickly congratulated me on my new purchase and assured me that my cancellation of maintenance was for the best possible reason and that he looked forward to serving me in my 2013 Yaris in the future. Accordingly, I had a pleasant exchange in the showroom today with, Jim Stegman, the Service Manager who immediately extended his right hand to shake in congratulations for the purchase of my 2013 Yaris and that he too assured me that he looks forward to continuing to serve my maintenance and/or repair needs with my new 2013 Yaris in the future. Today's transaction further reaffirmed to me that it is well worth my fifty mile drive to Glens Falls for the impeccable customer experience they deliver. In my experience, they truly go the extra mile to make you smile there...long after you start to make your automobile loan payments.
