Fabulous staff. The service was great. The baristas were friendly. Worst parking in the history of parking. It took me 15 minutes to even get a spot and everyone has to make a three point turn to leave. Let's just say there are enough Tom Hortons in this world can ever go to the Starbucks again. I wonder if the owner has any idea how much market share he is losing because of the idiotic parking situation.
Probably one of the poorest run Starbucks I have had the misfortune of having to frequent. Counter staff moves at the speed of Congressional debate, and the sitting area is a dump. This is pretty much par for the course for the inbred hillbilly land known as Central New York and Syracuse. Even after numerous complaints to corporate in Seattle, the regional manager has done nothing of value to get this Starbucks to anything even remotely resembling the thick that Starbucks is known for.
Key miss... No drive through. Bad locale.
Awkward parking lot and limited seating. Feels like a converted food stand
Bad location and needs more seating. I only visit before 7am
