They have just reopened in a new, beautifully renovated location right downtown.
We had the Hot lips Mussels and the pulled pork plate. Both were excellent.
We love this place! Food is always prepared well, they have a great beer selection and will often offer suggestions for pairing the food and drinks.
We drive from PA every weekend to ski at Holiday Valley and would not think of coming without a stop at Cadillac Jack's for mussels, pizza, beer and wine. The owners always take time to talk to you and the bartenders are attentive and friendly. We always sit at the bar to watch the slopes at the Valley. If you come to Ellicottville, Caddy's is worth the stop.
