They have the best beans and chirrone burritos in New Mexico!!!!
I have always love the food and food products there at the Southwest Grill. But, after yesterday's experience, I don't know if I'll go back. The women behind the counter was so rude, she kept rolling her eys at me. She then proceded to speak to another customer about me in Spanish. I understood what they were talking about and I found it very rude and unprofessional. I have worked in the food service industry and retail business for several years. I would never have treated a customer the way she treated me. Her behavior was totally inappropriate. She really needs to be taught how to serve her customers. I will be taking a break from Southwest Grill to give myself sometime to forget the experience I had. Thank you.
Heard great things about this place and went to go try it the girl taking our order was so rude and looked at me like it was a problem to make an enchilada. She kept rolling her eyes at me. So we just walked out. Will never go back there again.
This is the best food in Valencia County. I have eaten here for over 5 years and NEVER had a bad meal. You can order everything how you want it and how much you want of it. The best thing is that you can eat here for less than 5 bucks!
