Absolutely the worst lotaburger I have ever been to. They never have call in ready no matter how long ahead I call. Order is ALWAYS wrong.
All the complaints are true.. bad customer service, they can't speak good english, slow service, orders constantly wrong.. phone rings with no answer!!! your better off going somewhere else!!!
I love lotaburger, but this place sucks, they must b retarded cause they can't get an order right!! And they are SLOW! Might as well go to a sit down restaurant the drive thru is rediculously slow!
Ordered chicken tender with fries. The fries were hard as twigs and the cheicken tender was all batter with a thin strip of chicken in the middle. Will not make that mistake again.
There service SUCKS very poor customer service! There breakfast burritos are so small my 4 yr old didn't even get full! I'll never go to that store again!
