This has to be the worse Walmart store in the state of New Hampshire, if you're walking in the store and you're coming up to an employee they will do everything they can not to wait on you, from not make and I contact with the customers are looking for a place to duck out so they don't have to talk to you. And then product knowledge is not on the top of the list either they are always trying to get rid if you in some way because they A don't have an answer B don't know the answer, or C they won't try to find an answer for you. The employees seem to always have time to get in their little groups and huddles to smoke and joke with each other, if they have time for this why aren't they trying to learn the products in the store?

I went in to upgrade one of my lines and the service was the worst I have ever seen. They clearly are not properly trained how to activate phones there. They gave all the wrong info. After 45 minutes of getting NOWHERE I said just forget it and not to proceed. I attempted to go back after work since I was really interested in the free $100 gift card with activating the phone which would have helped with Xmas shopping. I got back to electronics and the lady clearly looked like she had no idea how to activate phone. She went to another associate who must have told her they don't activate phones after 9pm. There is no sign posted that states this. I then went up to the service desk and explained what happened and basically was told sorry we cant help you... Please DONT shop here for phones! I am hesitant to shop for anything else there as I am totally disgusted by the service...

Walmart Somersworth has put me through such a hard time trying to get my order, customer service, etc. That I would rather get my CC number stolen going to target then going back here. My whole experience at this place has been a joke similar to a SNL skit. I recommend using their photo center if you enjoy their rude staff that has no idea what is going on. My headache from the holiday season was extra special this year Thanks Walmart!!!

Poor Customer Service. I asked a girl where to find car seats and she literally said " Umm.... In Babies???" Like I should know. Had to inform her I was new in town and didn't memorize the layout of the place like she has. Pharmacy is a nightmare. Slowest.rudest people EVER. I had a male cashier THROW a divider at me when I told him where my stuff started. Just BAD.
