Great food and atmosphere. The outside doesn't look like much but inside it is beautiful. Some of the best food I have ever had.

I went there Wed for lunch at 11:15am and no one was there.

This was an amazing experience! We had the most wonderful meal in the best atmosphere. The food was the best my husband & I have had in a LONG time & the decor & music were a perfect. Our server was friendly & knowledgeable. We found our new favorite "place"!

Third try and they struck out! Our first visit was shortly after they opened. All in all it was a very good experience with the only negative being the bread was stale. We thought we had found a place in close proximity to our home that rivaled Cotton Restaurant in Manchester or MT’s in Nashua. Upon our second visit, we noticed the restaurant was much busier than our first visit, which initially we took as a good sign. Our assumption proved to be wrong for while the food was delicious, the service was EXTREMELY slow and the observation made that night was if you were part of a large group that was where the service was given, not to a couple looking for a nice night out. Saturday night, 10/15 was our third (and what will be our final visit), where the observation noted at the last visit was repeated. Service was again EXTREMELY slow and apologies & acknowledge was made by our server to attest to this that “they were vey busy”… what that communicated to us was “if it’s busy here, expect to be here a while because we just don’t handle a full restaurant well”. Initial drinks ordered took 20 minutes, with apologies offered that “the bar was slammed”…hmmm, again, “if we are busy expect a wait”. The simple salad of mixed greens, beet & goat cheese salad eventually arrived 45+ minutes after being seated and was actually just a plate of greens. THE SOLUTION TO THIS WAS APPALING! It was to bring small individual dishes of a bowl of beets & a clump of goat cheese so that we could mix it in ourselves for the complete salad. Honestly, this could have been accomplished without leaving home! After a total of 1 ½ hrs. the General Manager FINALLY made our acquaintance for what, we’re sure was just a fly-by “how’s everything?” to our table. He was totally out of touch with any of the mishaps and after apologizing, actually stated, “I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing happening here.” It was all we could do to smile as we had witnessed earlier in the evening, lots of apologies being made to another table by the server for some sort of mix-up. Also, because we had so much time to spare while waiting for service, we checked out their ratings online, only to discover the only comments made gave them only 3 stars as “there were kinks they had to work out”. So, after a free sorbet sampling was offered as a “surprise from the chef”, it was all we could do to beg for our check so we could get out of there! The salad was taken off of the bill, a minimal offering compared to the stress endured. IF YOU ARE A LARGE GROUP, your experience will be lovely as service will be given. IF YOU ARE A COUPLE seeking a quite, nice evening out, it could turn out well IF THE RESTAURANT is NOT BUSY. Otherwise, chances are it will be a long evening.

My wife and I went to Tek Nique and had one the best service and food experiences ever. Our server was so knowledgable of the food you would think he was a sous chef. All the food was amazing and better with each bit. We will defineately come back and is highly recommended. Well Done Tek Nique.
