Mediocre to poor service, decent meal. We were blown away by the complete lack of air conditioning during a hot stretch in July. The service staffed seemed as disgusted with the temperature of the building as we were. This could be a great local diner in a neat old building (and I here it used to be!) but we will not be back.
Good soup and salad bar Great service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Mix of home made and not so home made.

Nicest bar facility in valentine with a great outdoor courtyard. Best salad bar around at their restaurant side. However, No place in Valentine has a fancy or sophisticated feel regardless of what the other review says. Feels like a frischs big boy got decorated from pier one and the same menu as every restaurant in town. For around valentine; pretty fancy.
This small town Steakhouse gives a big city warming feeling. with its newly remodeled dining area and bar, it has an elegant and sophisticated look not to mention, the food is fabulous, there prices may seem a little high, but never fear it alway boils down to "you get what you pay for" there vast selection of Wines and Liquor is classy but yet unique, The service is unbeatable. The waiters and waitresses look fabulous in there crisp white shirts and ties. whether you are just visiting or passing through Valentine N.E or even if you live there. Cedar Canyon is the place to eat whether you feel like fancy food or just a good burger. -T.W
