When you first walk in you are meet by the most confused, bumbling and absent minded old lady I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Even the simplest task leaves her wide eye and spinning in circles in a state of confusion. For some unknown reason she has to constantly explain what she is doing and why. For example: When she is getting your fries she’ll stop and tell you she is getting your fries, then next she will start to tell you she’ll be giving you the cup …… yeah, I know lady …. Just do your job and say thanks at the end. If you have to wait she’ll pace back and forth wide eyed and confused and repeatedly tell you that your food is coming – I mean like 6-7 times! When the food does finally come the fries are soggy and your hamburger usually comes out completely layered in a haphazard manor with the cheese usually half hanging out stuck to the oil soaked box. Be prepared to purchase a new toilet because after the explosion and blast of hot liquid that night you will be needing a new one. I will add that the lady is nice and polite but her place is definitely NOT at the front counter. Next time I see the manager, the one with multiple facial piercings, I’ll mention it to her.
Not a very good place for friendly customer service. Employees are very rude. My 7 year old brother wanted to order his own food, went to the counter and was ignored. Also, when they eventually took mycare brothers order, they gave him incorrect change, probably thinking he's too little to notice. I wouldn't recommend.
We did not have a good experience with customer service. We were missing an item from our order. We had to turn around to go back to get it and the staff didn't even appologize. Worse yet the next day I callled the manager who seemed completly uninterested in my call. Terrible customer service. The missing sandwich was no big deal but the response we got was.
This experience in this restaurant was very disappointing to management does not run shift properly and cut down some other employees right in front of the customers I will never return there ever I suggest nobody does. Also I saw the general manager taking plan b 1 step in the bath room
