La Carreta was a great place to eat. The food was delicious, it took maybe 15 minutes to get to us. The staff was awesome. I was with a party of people and I know that we made them stay late, but never did they try to shoo us out. I would recommend La Carreta to anyone going to or through Seward.
Great place to go eat, particularly for authentic Mexican dishes. Alcoholic beverages served, but it's not barish. Service is outstanding.
Finally a great new place to eat and fill an empty building in a small town. Excellent food and service. Top notch Mexican food. Make sure and go on your birthday...the "surprise" is fun!
Seward finally has a fun, and very nice family restaurant in town. The food is amazing and the service is equally amazing. I highly recommend everyone stop in and enjoy another one of Sewards little treasures
Have ate at La Carreta twice now, first time for dinner not long after opening, and now for lunch yesterday. The first time they were still going dealing with some start-up hiccups, but now everything seems to be running smoothly. Had the chicken fajitas for lunch, very good, and more than I could eat in one sitting. Served with side of rice, re-fried beans, pico de gallo, sour cream & guacamole and a choice of flour or corn tortillas.
