As I'm sitting here doing homework and sipping on a Cafe Mocha it's great listening to the staff having fun while working. As they are cleaning the place everyone seems to be happy doing it. The manager (or what she sounds to be, since she is the one giving instructions), has such a positive sound to her voice and compliments and thanks the other workers for their hard work. It's such a positive environment to listen to and study in.
For whatever reason, whenever I bring in my own cup, they consistently short me 2-3 ounces... not acceptable when I'm paying for the most expensive coffee in town. Cup is clearly marked as a 12 oz. cup.
Nice people.
Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you are getting and you know you have to pay a pretty penny for it. Great service though and really like the drive through.
Everyone had always been very nice when I go in here. Across the board for Starbucks though, they are too expensive.
