I love the 64 oz Growler with the Infinite Black cold press coffee-so good! And the customer service has been great!
Never heard of Dunn so figured I would try it . Walked in and the atmosphere was nice. Plenty of soft armchairs to sit in. Their WI-FI is fast and surprisingly there are ample outlets to plug in your device. Most places you need to search high and low. Had the Brazilian coffee and oatmeal with mixed berries and brown sugar. Everything was fresh and delicious. My barista Jessica was very pleasant and helpful with selection. Next time in Fargo I will be sure to stop in.
I used to stop in multiple times a week (4+) and loved the atmosphere and the amazing coffee (the Mexican blends are TO DIE FOR) but the service went to pot. One of the baristas was always rude to me and always there when I went in. She would wait for the person staring at the muffins to walk up to the counter and order AFTER taking my order and money before starting to make my soy latte. She even poured his coffee and took his payment before making my drink. Really? Including other coffeehouse fouls, I just said "no more" to that location. I'd rather drive to the 25th St location where the baristas are awesome and have never been jerks. Starbucks wins sometimes because they are amazing on customer service.
Good coffee, but service is really slow.
