I've revised this review as with the opening of the new Oleander location and the improvement in the Military Cutoff store, Dunkin Donuts has finally stepped up its game. Donuts in both stores were fresh and adequately stocked, the employees were friendly, and the orders correct. The Market street location still stinks...
I don't know why I see so many bad reviews here. I go here all the time and I have never been dissatisfied. The staff is friendly and helpful, and often times I'm given a helpful recommendation, like pumpkin spice flavoring in my coffee coolata, or sale tip I didn't know like the other day I went to buy a dozen donuts and the cashier offered me a BOGO on my donuts I didn't know about! Every time I go, it's very clean and the Kcup coffee and coffee cup display always looks attractive. I used to work in the fast food business, and I can tell you they are doing a fine job!
Can not seem to get the coffee right at this location. Twice, I have ordered a regular, warm, coffee which both times had been served to me cold. It was obvious that the burner was probably turned off and the coffee sat there a while, enough time for it to cool. It does seem that the staff at this location do not care how the product goes out the store. I was willing to give the store another chance, but I won't be doing that again!
Obviously absentee ownership. Floors apparently haven't been cleaned beneath the table pedastel feet since they opened. Male and female staff mostly have hidious body rings and the skinny female clerk had a gross nose ring. Woman who waited on me couldn't get a one-muffin order straight. Open tables had not been cleaned, trash was on the floor and yet some staff were ildly chatting amoung themselves.
I don't know about previous feedbacks. But personally i never had problem with this store. I work at LandFall security and work nights and days shift, visiting store in different time and its grate !!! love that police discount that there apply for us. Thank you guys !!!! PS. One request: need more poppy seed bagels i love them !!!! i know that not that many people buying them so they don't bake that many.
