First off, our waitress, Madison, was outstanding. The food was pretty good. Though the portions were a bit small for the price. BBQ chicken salad was not worth the &$13 price tag. Few pieces of chicken and lots of tortilla chips. And the $3 cup of soup was gone in six or seven spoonfuls. For two people that drank water with the meal, $40 just seems a bit on the high side.

(OLD FOOD FOR LUNCH) We went at lunch time for a few hamburgers and a beer. First when they brought out the bread the butter had changed colors. It was really obvious it had sat out all night. We asked for a different container of butter because we didn't want to make a big deal. they said "oh I am so sorry about that and brought out a new container of butter with a brand new loaf of bread." I was thinking ok great they are resolving the problem. They bring out more old butter. It was two different colors. It looked like old custard. Clearly more butter that sat out overnight. We just said screw it don't eat the bread. We waited for the blooming onion and a tiny little onion came out. We said fine whatever ( but for 7 + dollars COME ON) we asked for ketchup to go with the onion. Someone brings out two little containers of ketchup. With OLD NASTY HARD KETCHUP I mean this stuff was standing up on its own. And the sides of the container had OLD BUTTER AND KETCHUP all over it. It looked like they just put new ketchup on top of old ketchup. It looked so gross. We asked to see the manager "Ryan" and we figured out HE WAS THE ONE THAT BROUGHT IT OUT!!! we were so angry we just left and didn't want to eat old food. the manager did offer for use to take our blooming onion with us but who could trust if it was old or not? I have eaten here many times for dinner and its always hit or miss but this was just over the top uncalled for. VERY DISSATISFIED RYAN!!!

I felt short changed on my visit! My wife and I did call ahead seating so the wait would not be excessive. This worked out well for the most part. We were given the option of sitting in the bar area, but by the time we were taken to the table another hostess sat someone else there! The part that stoked my fire was the one hostess stated that the bad thing about it was they came in after us? The manager then tried to make the experience better and found another table that was being cleared and we sat there. While sitting down a tray fell off the stand from the booth next to us and landed up against my leg! Lucky no food landed on me but it was close! We ordered a chicken, artichoke appetizer, which was fantastic! My wife had soup and salad and I ordered prime rib! This was the worst piece of prime rib I have had in a long while! I wanted it medium to the well side, when it came out it was still mooing! Blood was coming out fresh! I showed the server and they took it back to sear it. When it came out the mgr that brouht it out stated it was a new piece, but it was the old one since I had already cut a piece I recognized it! I ate the prime rib but the meat was like a second rate place ,not what you would expect at outback!

The service at the bar is good. I really recommend it. Beef and salmon worth it.
