First, I'd like to start out by saying, My sister and I received Impeccable service when we ate at the Longhorn Steakhouse, in Salisbury, NC. The waiter we had never missed providing the refills, management was great at allowing substitutions to our meal, and the Manager, even came to our table to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The food was served in a timely manner, and the food was hot and the taste was on point. All in all, I can't rave enough about our experience. Great service. We will be returning again.
Great experience! We came in on a Saturday at dinner time, with a large party (10 adults 8 children) with not even calling ahead and we got seated in a good amount of time despite them already having two other large parties. Our waiter was out of this world, he did not forget a thing and was so fast and efficient and very pleasant. The manager Emily was so accommodating, I was very impressed and the food was great.
Went her with my fiencé for my birthday, service was amazing, food was perfect everything came out on time and in a smooth fashion. I was Very pleased with every aspect of The Longhorn. I myself have been a server for several years so for me to enjoy a meal dinung out as much as I did this one is very rare! Excellent Job Longhorn! We will deffibately return and tell all of our friends and family
Great place to eat. I recommend flo's filet with Bacon Mac n Cheese.. its not cheap, but you didn't choose to eat there for the price.
I have eaten there 4 times and this was my last. Service was terrible and the steaks were not cooked well. I have ordered out from longhorn 3 times and they have gotten the order wrong each time. I know it's not every longhorn just the 1 in salisbury.
