Requested extra pillows in the room and did not get them when booking online. Was not aware of a train would pass bye just outside of the hotel room and different times of the night. Shower did not drain so we had to take a shower with 3+ inches of water in the tub. Shower curtain was a joke because it let water all over the floor. Had to use 3 towels to just clean up the floor. The towels were very ruff. Requested for razor and shave jell and that is a joke. I know it should not be a mach 3 or 4 or some fancy razor but paying $140 a night should have better razors. To turn the bathroom light on you have to turn the light on by the door. Won't be back to this hotel. Will see how pool and breakfast is in the am.
The best hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Hannah the clerk at the front desk was very polite and super helpful. Everything was new & very clean! I loved the bathroom design!
The profile states FREE airport shuttle service, but what they do not state is that you must request it 24 hours in advance. So a $20 taxi ride became an additional 20% to my one night stay. The staff did not offer an apology or to cover the expenses. I found the staff quite rude.
Good breakfast and clean rooms
Not bad. Comfortable.
